What We Sell

We sell digital game activation keys ("Keys") — unique codes that unlock games on platforms like Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Epic Games, and others.

We are a reseller: we source keys from authorised suppliers and sell them on. We are not the game developer or platform operator. Keys are delivered electronically to your account dashboard and your registered email address. No physical goods are dispatched.

General Rule — No Refund After Delivery

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Reg. 36), once digital content has been made available to you, the right to cancel no longer applies — provided you gave your express consent before purchase. By completing checkout, you confirm that consent.

Once a Key has been delivered — meaning it appears in your account dashboard or has been sent to your email — it cannot be returned or refunded, even if you have not yet activated it. Digital activation codes cannot be recalled once disclosed.

This includes situations where you:

  • bought the wrong game, edition, platform, or region;
  • changed your mind after receiving the Key;
  • no longer have the hardware or platform account needed to activate it.

Please double-check the platform, region, and edition before purchasing.

Exception — Defective Key

We will offer a replacement Key or a full refund only if ALL of the following conditions are met at the same time:

  1. The Key is technically invalid — it returns an error when entered correctly on the platform and has never been activated on any account.
  2. You contact us within 72 hours of your Order Confirmation email at [email protected].
  3. You include a screenshot showing the activation error.

We will not replace or refund if:

  • the Key has already been activated by anyone;
  • the problem is caused by your platform settings, system requirements, or a platform outage rather than the Key itself;
  • you contact us more than 72 hours after your Order Confirmation;
  • we cannot verify the issue due to incomplete information.

Key Not Received

In most cases delivery is near-instant. If you have not received your Key within 24 hours of your Order Confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] before taking any other action. In most cases we can resolve delivery issues quickly.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request — Order #[your order number]"

Please include:

  • your order number and the email address used at checkout;
  • a description of the problem;
  • a screenshot showing the activation error.

We will acknowledge your message within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days. We may ask for additional information if needed.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first — we are here to help. Filing a chargeback with your bank before getting in touch with us makes the situation harder to resolve for everyone. We respond to all bank enquiries and provide transaction evidence as required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We do not issue refunds by other means such as cash, cryptocurrency, or gift cards. Your bank's own processing time may vary.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection law.
