1. About Us

playworldhub.com is operated by MONTALTO SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House No. 15769151). Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.

We are an authorised reseller of digital game activation keys. We source keys from legitimate third-party suppliers and sell them on at retail. We are not a game developer, publisher, or official representative of any gaming platform such as Steam, Xbox, or PlayStation.

2. Who Can Use This Website

By using this website you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country if that is higher;
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • you are not purchasing keys for resale, bulk distribution, or key farming without our prior written consent;
  • you are not located in a country subject to UK, EU, or US OFAC sanctions, or on the FATF blacklist (see Section 11).

3. What We Sell

We sell digital game activation keys ("Keys") — unique codes that unlock games or software on third-party platforms such as Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Epic Games, GOG, and others. Keys are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Platform and region: Each listing specifies the platform and geographic region for which the Key is valid. It is your responsibility to check compatibility before purchasing. We are not liable for Keys that cannot be activated due to a regional mismatch where the applicable region was clearly stated in the listing.

Reseller notice: As a reseller, we do not control game content, platform availability, or publisher decisions. Complaints about the game itself should be directed to the game developer or platform operator.

4. Ordering

Product listings on this website are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order before the Order Confirmation is issued — for example, if a key is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity. Any payment taken will be refunded in full within 5 business days.

Please review your order carefully before confirming. We are not responsible for errors you make at checkout, such as selecting the wrong game, platform, or region.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By providing your payment details you confirm you are the authorised holder of that payment method.

Transaction limits may apply as displayed at checkout. These exist for security and regulatory compliance reasons. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges applied by your bank.

6. Key Delivery

After successful payment, your Key will be delivered to your account dashboard on playworldhub.com and to your registered email address.

In most cases delivery is near-instant. In some circumstances — such as high demand, fraud screening, or supplier processing times — delivery may take longer. If you have not received your Key within 24 hours of your Order Confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] before taking any other action.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by spam filters, a full inbox, or an incorrect email address entered at checkout.

Keys are issued once. We are not obliged to re-issue a Key already delivered to your account or email unless we can confirm the original was not received due to our error.

7. Refunds and Returns

Digital goods — right to cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Reg. 36), once digital content has been made available to you, the right to cancel no longer applies — provided you gave express consent before purchase. By completing your order, you confirm that consent.

Once a Key has been delivered — visible in your account or sent to your email — it cannot be returned or refunded, even if you have not yet activated it. This applies even if you purchased the wrong game, edition, platform, or region. Please check before you buy.

Exception — defective Key: We will offer a replacement Key or full refund if: (1) the Key is technically invalid and has never been activated on any account; (2) you contact us within 72 hours of your Order Confirmation; and (3) you provide a screenshot showing the activation error. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at [email protected] first — we will do our best to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us makes the situation harder to resolve for both parties, and your account may be suspended while the dispute is under review. We respond to all bank and payment network enquiries and provide full transaction evidence as required.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use this website to:

  • purchase keys for resale, redistribution, or bulk commercial use without our written consent;
  • use bots, scripts, or automated tools to place orders or scrape content;
  • attempt to circumvent transaction limits by splitting payments or creating multiple accounts;
  • use stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
  • engage in any activity constituting fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal offence.

Violations may result in account suspension and cancellation of pending orders without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to MONTALTO SOLUTIONS LTD. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Game names, platform names, and associated logos are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game developer or platform unless explicitly stated.

11. Restricted Jurisdictions

This website cannot be used by, or on behalf of, persons or entities in the following jurisdictions.

Absolute ban — sanctions (UK / EU / OFAC): Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Myanmar, Syria, Sudan, Afghanistan, Venezuela.

Geo-blocked — FATF Grey List (February 2026): Algeria, Angola, Bolivia, Bulgaria, British Virgin Islands, Cameroon, Cote d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Kenya, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Monaco, Namibia, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, South Sudan, Vietnam, Yemen.

By placing an order you confirm you are not located in, and are not acting on behalf of anyone in, a restricted jurisdiction. We may cancel any order and void any Key without refund if this is found to be untrue.

12. Limitation of Liability

The website and Keys are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law: our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order; we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential losses; we are not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms — such as account bans, platform outages, or publisher policy changes — that affect your ability to use a Key.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your consumer statutory rights are not affected.

13. Privacy and Cookies

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Cookie use is governed by our Cookie Policy.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country require otherwise. We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
